For over a decade, I've been obsessed with one question:

What does it take to AWAKEN to our fullest potential?

That question led me deep into health, performance, spirituality, and personal growth.

I went from being a personal trainer to elite athletes, to sitting with ayahuasca in the jungles of Peru, to learning from great minds like Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza, to finally returning home to Judaism and rebuilding my relationship with GOD.

Along the way, I've built a community of millions across social media and became host of The Jeremy Awakens Podcast, sharing what I've learned with people on a similar pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves.

And I kept arriving at the same truth: HEALTH IS THE FOUNDATION OF EVERYTHING.

You can't reach your potential in a body that's holding you back. I learned that firsthand. I've battled severe acne, psoriasis, and digestive issues that forced me to look beneath the surface.

They taught me the lesson that shapes everything I build: symptoms are signals. Real health means finding the ROOT CAUSE, not just masking it.

Medicine was also in my home from the start. My father practiced neurology, and I grew up with deep respect for what great physicians can do.

But the traditional model frustrated me. Why do we wait until something breaks to pay attention? Why do so many people settle for mediocre health and spend years feeling like shi*t?

So I decided to dedicate my life to creating a solution to the modern day medical madness…

So I built LEV18. The name comes from my Jewish heritage. Lev means heart. 18 is chai, life. Put them together and you get what we want for every person we serve: A LIFE YOU LOVE.

It's rooted in a teaching I live by: u'vacharta ba'chayim, choose life. These values come from my roots, but this mission is for everyone.
