Refunds and cancellation
Because many of our products are prescription based and customized specifically for each patient, certain orders may not be eligible for return or refund once processing begins.
If something doesn't feel right, reach out to us. Our support team is here to help untangle the situation quickly and fairly.
- Refund policy: final sale once approved and shipped
- Subscriptions: cancel future billing by email
- Billing help: contact us if charged in error
Important: if you think a charge is incorrect, email us as soon as possible so we can review it.
Refunds
Before prescription approval. Your card is charged when you check out, because payment is due at the time of order. A licensed provider then reviews your information and decides on your prescription. If your prescription is not approved, we refund the charge to your original payment method. Lab work that has already been performed is not refundable.
After prescription approval and shipment. Because compounded medications are prepared specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy and cannot be returned to stock, prescription orders are final sale once the prescription has been approved and shipped. We do not offer refunds on medications that have shipped, and federal and state law prohibit the pharmacy from accepting returned medications for resale or reuse.
Damaged or defective shipments. If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement per our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Subscription renewals
If your plan renews automatically, it will continue to renew for successive billing periods until you cancel. We do not offer refunds for a partially used billing period, though we may provide one on a case by case basis at our discretion. We will give you advance notice of any change to subscription pricing.
Cancellations
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future billing by contacting us at support@lev18.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you remain responsible for any charge that has already processed for the current period. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for medication that has already been shipped or for a billing cycle already charged.
Billing questions / wrong charge
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or an amount that does not match checkout, contact us as soon as possible so we can review and help resolve the issue. We investigate billing disputes in good faith and, where appropriate, will issue a correcting refund to the original payment method.
