Services
LEV18 connects you with licensed healthcare providers who may prescribe medications through a telehealth consultation. Our platform facilitates the process but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
LEV18 is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or insurer. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or dispense medication. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers of Arora Health. This includes consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care. LEV18 facilitates access to these services but does not employ, supervise, or control the medical providers. Your provider patient relationship is between you and your treating provider. You agree that Arora Health and our pharmacy partners, including [pharmacy name], are third party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
- Whether a prescription is issued is the sole decision of an independent licensed provider based on their clinical judgment. Submitting an intake form does not guarantee a prescription.
- Telehealth services are not a substitute for in person medical care or emergency services.
- All treatments, products, and services are intended for patients located in U.S. states where our partner providers and pharmacies are licensed to operate.
- Approved prescriptions may be filled by licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you; see our Telehealth Consent and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Dispute resolution
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at support@lev18.com. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and LEV18 each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@lev18.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
